KANE CEO Mike Gardner will co-present on the issue of " Reducing Labor Turnover in the Warehouse " at the 2017 Annual Conference of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). For those who will be in Atlanta for the conference, the session will be on Monday, September 25 at 10:30 am.  

Mike will be joined by Professor John McDonald of Colorado State University, which recently conducted research with warehouse associates to determine the factors that led to retention or attrition. KANE has been collaborating with Professor McDonald on the issue of logistics labor management.
